SENTRY Radio Frequency Transmitter (Code-Hopping 1 Button 433MHz)
The SENTRY Code-Hopping 1 Button 433MHz Radio Frequency Remote Transmitter operates on the 433.925MHz frequency band and utilizes Microchip™ KEELOQ embedded technology to encrypt the transmission signals of the product making it resilient and resistant to unauthorized code grabbing or copying. This encrypted signal changes at each event of a button press based on a predetermined algorithm making it extremely secure against potential security breaches. Each transmitter is assigned an unchangeable, unique serial number, which is used as its unique identifier token. As per code protocol, the user is required to “Learn” the remote transmitter into the receiver while in proximity of the receiver as elaborated in the instruction leaflet. Transmitter-to-transmitter “Learning” of codes is not permitted in the code-hopping range of products.
The SENTRY Code-Hopping 1 Button 433MHz Radio Frequency Remote Transmitter utilizes Microchip™ KEELOQ encryption code protocols, which randomizes the code that is transmitted on each button press based on a predetermined algorithm. This ascertains that the radio frequency signal transmitted by the product is encrypted and resilient to code grabbing or copying by any third party. Each transmitter is unique and has a serial number that is used as its unique identifying token. This allows transmitters to be identified individually and they are never duplicated. As per code protocol, the user is required to “Learn” the remote transmitter into the receiver while in proximity of the receiver as elaborated in the instruction leaflet. Transmitter-to-transmitter “Learning” of codes is not permitted in the code-hopping range of products. The code-hopping range of radio frequency transmitters are securely linked to the receiver units once they are learned into memory. This means that even if it were possible to copy the code transmitted, the receiver still would not react to the foreign device because its serial number will not be recognized. This ascertains that foreign transmitters cannot create a security breach and the user can rest assured.
